We are a growing meditation and wellness centre dedicated to providing a peaceful heaven for clients in need.
We are looking for a key individual to take on a unique, hybrid role that combines essential centre administration with simple client therapeutic support.
This is more than a desk job - it's a chance to be the heart of a healing space and a fantastic entry point for anyone looking to build a career in the wellness and holistic health industry.
Role: Wellness Centre Coordinator & Therapeutic Assistant
What You'll Be Doing:
- Maintaining the Flow: Be the master organizer, managing class timetables, coordinating with teachers, and ensuring every supply - from incense to stationery - is perfectly stocked.
- Creating the Vibe: Prepare our beautiful therapy and class rooms, ensuring they are always pristine, comfortable, and ready to welcome clients.
- Offering Support: Warmly greet clients, manage inquiries, and handle basic payment and documentation tasks.
- Healing Hands / Sound: Provide simple Sound or Energy Therapy sessions (based on your qualifications) to clients requesting quick, restorative support. This adds meaningful variety to your day!
The Details:
- Full-Time: 44 hours per week (required to work during weekend and public holiday).
- Salary: Competitive base salary.
- Therapy Bonus: Receive an additional performance bonus for every therapeutic session you provide.
- Location: Causeway Bay, Hong Kong
- Language: Cantonese, English & Mandarin
- Good to have: Experience in an administrative or office management role; Practical experience or strong interest in simple therapeutic modality (e.g., Sound Therapy, Qigong, etc.).
- Must Have: A genuine passion for wellness is a must!

- This is an entry-level position - fresh graduates are welcome.
